Excellent place to stay. beds are comfy rooms are clean and the food is good. Would stay again. Please keep in mind this place also doubles as a mining camp so traffic is high
My first impression of Discovery Parks is that it is aesthetically pleasing and nicely landscaped and clean.The service is friendly, welcomingwarm and attentive.The bungalows are lovely and clean.The heat is overpowering, so it was not possible to sleep in my campervan.If you are booking, ask the reception, to put the air conditioner on one hour before arrival, because they take an hour or two to really get going, in the 40 degree heat.I would definately recommend this as a beautiful place to stay at an affordable price.I would love to see shade trees all around the bungalows to keep the roofs in shade.Other than this a happy experience all around.Thank you for the lovely stay!

Awesome caravan park in the Australian outback! We definitely enjoyed the workout area and the small swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this caravan park to people travelling through Cloncurry.
